Mourne Media is a small studio at the foot of the mountains, run by a software engineer by trade. Small enough that nothing gets handed to an account manager, wherever in the country you happen to be.
How it starts
A conversation first, always.
Every project here starts the same way: a chat about the business, what is working, and what is getting in the way. Phone or video works fine, and if you are nearby we are always happy to do it over a coffee.
There is no charge for that conversation and no obligation after it. If what you need turns out to be smaller than you feared, we will tell you so.

You get a price before you commit
Your quote is agreed in writing before any work starts. If the scope changes along the way, we tell you what that costs at the time, not on the final invoice.
There is somebody to ring
A website is not finished on launch day. Hosting, updates and the small changes every business needs are part of the arrangement, and you get a person on the phone rather than a ticket queue.
You own everything
The domain, the hosting account and the site itself are registered in your name. If you ever want to move to somebody else, you can, and we will help you do it.
We say no when it is not a fit
Sometimes a business needs a better Google listing rather than a new website, or nothing at all yet. We would rather tell you that than sell you something you do not need.
Where we work
Anywhere. Though we do like nearby.
Distance has never decided whether we take a job on, and a fair amount of our work is nowhere near County Down. Most of it happens over the phone and email regardless of where the business sits.
What we will admit to is a soft spot for the businesses on our own doorstep. If you are within half an hour of the mountains you get the option of doing this in person, over a cup of tea, and that is the part we enjoy most. These are the towns we are in most often.
